This beautifully restored house is nestled in the middle of Historic Fischer founded over 150 years ago by Wille's father Herman Fischer Sr. - once named Fischer Store Texas. Majestic Oaks & Elms abound the area along with many historic sites. Browse the old Fischer Store where you will find a historic museum of the Fischer family memorabilia along with antiques. Prepare for a relaxing stay and let your city blues melt away while you rock to the beat of the breeze from our front porch, admiring the humming birds, swallows, deer and numerous other wildlife that might happen by. You also might get a chance to chat over the fence with Mrs. Fischer, our 90 year old neighbor and listen to days gone by as she recall's some of the trials and tribulations of the Fischer history. Bring your horse or bike and ride the trails at Canyon Lake or bring your boat or jet ski to enjoy the lake.
